Despite of plentiful department stores in Taipei, Wufenpu, located across the street from Songshan Railway Station, is another prosperous shopping area. Many shops with clothes of latest Japanese, Korean, and Tai styles will surely quench your thirst for shopping.
It is said that during the Chienlung period in Chin Dynasty, He, Zhou, Shen, Du, Li families settled here. Namely, it is why residents call here "Wufenpu", a place with five divisions.
